This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Raptor' costume creator:
Purchased latex appliance and used an airbrush to paint it, then used spirit gum to attach it. Also used white contacts. Total cost of costume over $150.
