Vampire Little Red Riding Hood Costume

I love vampires and I wanted to do something different since that genre is so popular - and I came up with Vampire Little Red Riding Hood! Here I am wearing the final costume! The jewelry and the corset top were purchased, but the shorts and cape are completely handmade from scratch using fabric purchased at a fabric store. Aside from the fact that the cape isn't just red, it's sparkly red (fun!), it's actually also reversible! So the sparkles can be worn on the outside or on the inside. The same sparkly fabric is also used on as an accent on the shorts as bands and cute bows on the sides. Overall, the handmade parts of the costume cost $30 or less. I also did my own make up, including the vampire teeth (store-bought, but altered by hand for a custom fit) and fake blood. It was a cute, but scary costume and definitely caught everyone's eye!
