This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rahema, the 'Avatar' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume, it took us almost 4 hours to complete. We were going to do body paint, but living in NY it was to cold out for that so I decided to go with a body suit, my moccasins, wig, contacts, custom made teeth and a prosthetic face piece to create this master piece.
