This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'Circus Clown' costume creator:
My daughter Adalynn is wearing a circus clown costume! Mom made the shirt from scratch! She also painted her face, and fixed her hair!! She is wearing a tutu under the skirt she is wearing, rainbow leg warmers,and a clown top hat. The face she is making she completely came up with on her own! She calls it her, "clown face"!
