DIY Jellyfish Costume

My daughter wanted to be a jelly fish for halloween and had certain ideas in her head. I googled a few ideas then got to work. I used a sombrarro and filled the sides with bubble wrap, ribbion and those battery opperated lights (awesome looking and very safe on dark trick or treating nights!) then I hot glued ribbions all around except where her face was so she had clear vision. Finally I added a transparent fabric over top and felt on the bottom of the hat....also I cut a hole in the hat and velcored the switches for light in the inside so she could turn them on and off... over all I spent about 55-65 dollars. She LOVED it and everyone that saw her commented on it...she was a hit!
