This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tonda, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
This is my 5 year old granddaughter, we made her a little old lady. We stuffed her with tissue from top to bottom, put pajamas on her then a robe over top. Bought a old lady mask and put the hair up in rollers. We bought a cane a a second hand store.
