This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Little Scarecrow' costume creator:
This is my two year old Teigan. We love the Wizard of Oz and that is where our idea came from. We took a pastor of overalls, a paid button up shirt, some straw we bought from our local craft store Michaels and made a hat made from some crafting material.
