This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dina, the 'Mediva or Shedusa' costume creator:
i made the hands from journal papers and vcp tape
with my gloves and jacket and tied them to dress
for the snake hair i used selicone snakes and tied them to an old hair band
