This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Savanna, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My sweet Journey (6) wanted to dress as an Oompa Loompa this Halloween 2013. So, mommy made her a costume! Cut some white baseball kid pants, made straps with left over pant material, brown turtleneck long sleeve shirt. Used white tape for lines.... Orange make up and a green wig. All pieces (other than tape) found at thrift store.
