This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Riva, the 'Owl' costume creator:
Riva is wearing an owl costume. Idea came from thinking of birds. It was the firstime costume creativity homemade.
Purchased feathers, feather BOA, fabric glue, stripe leggings and mask. Glued the feathers on the blouse.
