Photo #1 - me and my mother i made both tutu and hats and wings and wands Photo #2 - i made the tutu by tubes cost me 60 dollars to make it and over 4 hours to make Photo #3 - my wings were made with 16gauge wire using white knee high sockings and tape to tape it all togather. maybe over 6 hours making because i did both side of the wings their 10 wings painted by hand with glue and then glitter Photo #4 - my hat was very easy to make. i do have a link on cut out and keep. showing step by step on how to make it. may by a plasic cup and pizze box. Photo #5 - i even made a pom pom wand. i think i send around 80 dollars making this costume and time i don't know because i sent time here and there
