This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
Our sweet little girl, Remington is wearing the Raggedy Ann Costume set by the trendylittlecreation store on Esty and a wig made by my husband. The costume set includes a sewn petti tutu in blue, white and red, a blue/white polka dot peasant top, eyelet apron and hat, and eyelet topped leg warmers. Inspiration for this costume came from a raggedy ann doll that our daughter received for Christmas from her proud uncle. As soon our daughter put the costume on, she ran around the house saying, "I look like a rag doll!!"
