This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gina, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My daughter, Carissa, was Raggedy Ann for her first Halloween. She didn't have much hair so I knew I wanted to include a wig -- but something cute. The wig is handmade and my grandmother designed the dress. Raggedy Ann wasn't too fond of the wig and only kept it on long enough for a few photos!
