This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Spanish Dancer and Sheriff' costume creator:
The dress is actually from Spain (my daughter brought it back after she had been there one summer for a study abroad program) and I made the hat out of material and plastic fruit I bought from Goodwill... the sheriffs outfit is stuff I had purchased from different Goodwills and the dollar store.
