This store bought costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Virginia, the 'Baby Convict' costume creator:
Hayden is not even 2 yet and always getting into mischief. So, when I saw this costume, I figured it was perfect for him. We took him to a fall festival that had a jail cell and we out him in it and he cried his eyes out. Hopefully this will be Hayden's first and last time in a jail cell!
