This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Billy Mays and his Oxi Clean' costume creator:
Couple Dawn and Bryce. Homemade dress just sewn together with cheap fabric and Oxi clean labels were ironed onto the dress and Billys shirt. Bubbles in the hair are just small water balloons blown up. Beard was painted on. Super cheap and a hit!
