This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Crazy Cat Lady' costume creator:
My 4 year old daughter Ava Grace dressed as the Crazy Cat Lady. She is an avid cat lover! We used a bathrobe and slippers we already had. We attached some stuffed cats to it with safety pins. We used rollers that we had at home for her hair. We used sunglasses she had and popped the lenses out and just used the frames. We spent a total of $5 on her costume.
