This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angelica, the 'Flame Girl' costume creator:
A character that i invented designed and created myself. This was created for my folio and has also been displayed in galleries. Each flame piece was individually created with thick interfacing and wire threaded through to create a 3D effect. The corset has boning throughout it and eyelets with lacing on the back. The corset was custom made by me. There are several layers of tulle underneath the two skirt layers to give the costume a more 3D effect.
