This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Frostbite' costume creator:
This is my daughter Paige, and she is 13. She is Severe Frostbite. The beginnings of the idea came from an online youtube video, and then It just Spun out of control. My daughter and I created the icicles from Hot Glue and used Powdered Spelnda as Snow on her Hair. We also Flocked the hat and her Leg warmers. As you can see we add Ice Everywhere We Could.
