This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angel, the 'Grandma' costume creator:
This is my daughter's Halloween costume...she is a grandmother..she wore a sweater that she already had and a skirt that she already had as well (that was a little too big for her so it can fit ankle length) I put her on a pair of my pearl necklace and made her wig out of cotton balls. I hot glued it to a stocking cap and spray painted it grey. I bought a pair of glasses from dollar tree and took out the lens...her walker was made from pic pipes that I purchased from Home Depot and it was spray painted grey
