This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathleen, the 'Jack and Jill' costume creator:
Last year, we went as Jack and Jill after they fell down the hill. For my costume, i bought I Wizard of Oz Dorothy costume, then tore it to shreds. We literally went outside and rubbed it and Jack's clothes in the grass. We used prosthetic make up for the wounds.
