This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'Maleficent and her Dragon' costume creator:
My 9 year old daughter Jazzy is Maleficent and im her dragon. I created the Maleficent headpiece and staff using paper mache. Then I used black electrical tape to cover it. I used christmas tree lights to light her staff. The dragon is also made by paper mache, alot of ducktape and cardboard. Spent four hundred dollats on materials. Took six months to build.
