A word from Shelby, the 'Monster Cat' costume creator:
This is Charlie Chaplin. I found this girl when she was a kitten in a storm drain. She is named after Charlie Chaplin because of her unique mustache, although she is a girl. Charlie loves to dress up in costume, therefore she has different costumes for various Halloween parties. First, she is wearing her Monster costume. Second, she is wearing a Hotdog costume. Both costumes reflect her crazy side, and her lazy fat girl side.
