Raining Cats and Dogs Costume

My daughter is 9 yrs old and she is raining cats and dogs. We wanted something simple for a 9 yr old and something not to hard and expensive. She since we had a raincoat, and umbrella already at home all we needed to do was find some stuffed dogs and cats. So what we did was attached them to the umbrella to make it look like it's raining them. It was such a very simple easy costume. We entered her in a contest and she won 2ND place. They loved the orginally of it.
