Shark Attack Costume

my costume is worn by my 17 month old daughter. The idea came from the shark blanket ($40). I transformed her wagon to the ocean using blue camouflage fabric ($6) cutting a hole for the wagon handle and the seat belt and trimming the edges. I used light and dark blue deco mesh $5 each) twisted with pipe cleaners then stapled to the wagon fabric. I cut the boogie board ($5) to fit wagon and cut shark bite. I used red paper for the warning sign. She wore her bathing suit ( looks like wet suite) and matching had. For her trick or treats we used her shark pail.
