This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alison, the 'Starry Night' costume creator:
I am wearing my version of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night" on a dress!
I painted this dress using fabric paint and I used acrylic paint to paint the mask.
I bought a plain blue dress from Goodwill that I then cut and altered to be a different length. Also on the back, I painted black with an imitated Vincent Van Gogh signature. I put ~10 hours or more into making this costume, I hope you like it!
