This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Belinda, the 'Taking Browns to Super Bowl' costume creator:
my grandson Cale. Idea was his mothers. Supplies: waste basket styrofoam cooler styrofoam boards 2 styrofoam wreaths pantyhose apoxy glue and reinforced with screws and bolts toilet handle and stuffing for hose. Tweaked the rest of costume.
