Tetris Costume

This costume is from last year, but I have never entered this contest before. Me and some friends from college wanted to make a completely homemade costume, but we didn't know what to be. We searched in Pinterest and Google for some ideas and finally ran across someone being Tetris, so we decided to try it out! We got a lot of boxes that were all the same size from Walmart and assembled them with zip ties into Tetris-piece shapes. After getting the shapes we wanted, we painted each of the pieces a different color. Next, we got black duct tape and taped around each of the boxes to add support and personality. We then got inside each of the pieces and figured out where our heads/arms were, and we cut holes in each of those places. After finishing, we were able to all line up and make our Tetris pieces fit together!
