This homemade costume for adults entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rusty, the 'The Scarecrow' costume creator:
I'm a big fan of Batman, more so of his rowdy group of villains; and especially the ScareCrow. The "classic" ScareCrow, not the movie version or the video game version but the real one!
