This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Courtney, the 'The Ultimate Warrior' costume creator:
My son Harper (age 4) dominated as The Ultimate Warrior. He was so rad & totally embraced his homemade costume. We used his rain boots, along with neon paint splatter tights, a few purchases from the WWE online store (t-shirt & arm bands) & TV Store online (wig & extra armbands) with some face paint, a championship belt & some ultimate warrior attitude to make the look that of a champion. :))
