This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Tissue Girl' costume creator:
My 3 year old Daughter, she wanted to be a superhero when I asked her what she said Tissue Girl. I asked her what Tissue Girl powers are she said, give tissues to the mans because they have germs! We found out later tissue girl is from a bubble guppies computer game.
Pink tutu, small dog cape and hot glued Kleenex to it, black long sleeve shirt with a cute out letter T from felt, hot glues fake diamonds around the T, black leggings and black boots.
