A word from Lismar, the 'Victim of the Spider Demon' costume creator:
I am the one wearing the costume. I made it myself the idea just happen after making a latex hand and heart.
Well to make what I did is going to be a long process but I'll explain a short version of it. first I made a hand by applying liquid latex to my own hand several times. Then peel it off to get an outer shell.
Then I filled the dried latex hand with cotton balls sealed the opening after the hand was full with cotton. Colored it then and applied the same method I did for the latex hand to plastic heart I bought from a store.
Colored the heart and hand. Found and old shirt of my cut it open and got another old shirt of my sew them together. Used paper towels and liquid latex on the under shirt to use as the inside of my chest. Got my bones From a local store.
Used the bones with liquid latex , clear Elmer's glue, and gorilla glue to stick the bones on. Found spiders at a local store. Used liquid latex and clear Elmer's to stick the spiders on to shirt. let everything dry then colored everything in.
For the black blood coming from my mouth party city. Arm/face pieces was mad with liquid latex paper towel cotton balls spiders and Elmer's.
