This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charlie, the 'Willy Wonka' costume creator:
Willy Wonka: Make Wonka bars to hand out, made an everlasting gobstopper as a lapel pin, and make the idle flower tea cup as in the movie. bought he hat and jacket, and altered them to fit my needs for the costume. It was fun!
