This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ed, the 'Elliot with E.T.' costume creator:
Our daughter Arielle is Elliot. My wife dresses her up every day for 13 days leading up to halloween. This one is my favorite by far. It's my sons ET doll in a basket, zip tied to the handle bars of a tricycle.
Simple but effective.
