Bun in the Oven and Bun Maker Costume

I was pregnant and my hubby and I wanted to be something really creative for Halloween. I created a Bun in the oven costume. I got the box for free at Smart & Final. I spray painted it black, and made the cut out to where my prego tummy would stick out and look like a yummy cinnamon bun. I cut circles for my arms. I spray painted a rectangle piece of the leftover box silver and attached the "Maytag" logo that I had printed online. I bought the burner knobs at Home Depot and hot glued them on. I made the towel rack out of a plastic clothes hanger, I spray painted it silver as well. I bought two egg pans and 4 cheap foil burners from Walmart. I attached those to the top of the box to make it look like a stove top. I used children's crayola non toxic paint for my big ol' belly. I purchased my hubbys chef hat at Smart & Final and borrowed the chef jacket from a local restaurant. I then attached black velvet letters to the coat that said, "The Bun Maker"
This was so much fun! Best couple prego costume ever!
