This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cynthia, the 'Cupcake' costume creator:
this cupcake was pretty simple to make with almost everything coming from the dollar stores and things I already had. the frame work is a small laundry basket , duct tape, velcro and ribbon. the top is batting, foam pieces cut into shapes and Styrofoam balls. i found using spray adhesive helps hold all the batting together good.
