This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Dorothy and Toto from the Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
This is Sarah dressed as Dorothy from the wizard of oz. Her costume was made by me her mama. I just looked at pictures of Dorothy on-line and made her costume from those without a pattern. I tried to make it as realistic as possible.
