This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Beth, the 'Dumb and Dumber' costume creator:
My husband John and I are firm believers in going all out with everything we do, especially Halloween. Not only did we want to be Lloyd and Harry, we wanted to be in the Shaggin Wagon. This is made out of PVC pipping and felt.
