This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

This costume is hand made. For DIY instructions I made the arms with craft foam while covering them with wood grain paper, the nose and eyebrows are hand sculpted latex prosthetics, the vest was pieced together and painted blue the rest is pretty self explanatory :) thanks!
