This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shauna, the 'Ice Queen' costume creator:
I made the crown out of hot glue as well as the ice tears on my face. I am wearing 2 wigs one for height and one for length. I used a combination of faces i saw online for the dead look.
