This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anthony, the 'Lincoln Memorial Snow Globe' costume creator:
Anthony Alfano is wearing the costume. Since Anthony is in a wheelchair the idea came from him having to be sitting down. The costume consists of a white tuxedo, white make up, the wheelchair attachment has a PVC frame with velcro and sewn vinyl material to make the snow globe. We used two bubble machines and two small fans to disperse bubbles. LED lighting was used to be seen at night.
