This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Victoria, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
This is my 2 year old daughter Ruby as Maleficent. This was inspired by a dress we already had in her closet. I felt that the dress was perfect for some Halloween fun. The dress is from www.sewchill.com, headband from Spirit Halloween, boots from Children's Place.
