This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Negan' costume creator:
My daughter Evangeline is dressed in a homemade "Negan" from TWD costume. Plastic bat with silver beads hot glued to appear as barbed wire. Rocking the leather jacket and slicked back hair! The other kids better watch their heads :)
