This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vikki, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My 2 year old son, Caleb, is wearing the costume it was made. Y using white pants which I stripped the bottom with brown marker and a white turtle neck which I dyed brown and painted with white paint the strips around the collar and wrists. I made suspenders out of elastic and buttons which I sewed to the pants. I added pompoms to his shoes with a hot glue gun. Used bronzer and a white eyelet on his face. Styles his hair and sprayed it green.
