This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Scuba Diver' costume creator:
I made my baby's costume out of felt flippers, backpack straps resized for my baby, two spray painted Pepsi bottles, pvc pipe and electrical tape. A pacifier is attached to the tubing for the "mouthpiece" of the oxygen tank.
