This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Claire, the 'Sweet Little Pikachu' costume creator:
This is Lorelai. She is 3. It was her idea to be a pikachu this Halloween. She is obsessed, and I am happy that I made her pikachu wish come true! I made her tutu, shirt, and her tail. Her tutu is tulle sewn together with a satin overlay and elastic. Her shirt is a yellow shirt in which I glued brown felt stripes on it. Her tail is felt with a coat hanger core so that it stands up.
