This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Thomas the Train' costume creator:
Almost 2 year old Palmer is the conductor for Thomas the train he is obsessed with trains. My husband made Thomas out of scrap wood around the home. Painted it with spray paint and it was then placed on a wagon and screwed down. This took about a week to make all after work goes and cost maybe $25. But if we needed to buy wood it would have been anywhere between $75-$100
