This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gina, the 'Tot Elvis' costume creator:
My 15month old son is rocking this costume. We found the costume online but dressed it up with the stars, glitter, and decorated the cape. We put a lollipop in the top of the microphone so it would looks like he is singing into the mic when he eats the lollipop. My son also has blonde hair so we sprayed his hair black and added sideburns.
