This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jemma, the 'Victorias Secret Angel' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume. I made the wings; hand glued every feather on. Sewed 2 feather boas to tops if wing's, as well as glued and sewed on bedezzales and glitter. Took a few hours over the course of 2 days. Everything could be found at Michaels.
