Adventure Time Costume

Princess Bubblegum, Finn the Human, and Jake the Dog from Adventure Time were handmade costumes!

Princess Bubblegum: Purple dess was found and altered from Goodwill, shiny pink dress was cut up and used for pink accents (waist band, bow, collar, sleeve detail) and a darker shaded dress was cut up and used to cover old black flats so they were pink. Crown was made from poster board and gold paint and cut to shape. Blue gemstones were added for crown and details on shoe. Two different colored pink wigs were used to create the hair. Nails were painted purple and purple and pink make up used to emphasize details!

Finn the Human: Shirt was found at Savers, lime green backpack and white hat were found online, blue shorts were already owned pants rolled into shorts and black shoes were already owned, sword was carved from wood and spray painted yellow, black and the red was a sticker.

Jake the Dog: Yellow, white and black felt hot glued to make body and stuffed and pinned to backpack.
